Refund policy

At ShopZilaa, we aim to deliver premium lifestyle and home utility products with complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (box, accessories, tags, and all included items intact).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) required.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

Customized or personalized products.

  1. Important Conditions for Damaged Parcels
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must provide an unboxing video/photos at the time of receiving and send them to our support email (contact@shopzilaa.com).

If your parcel packaging is torn, damaged, or opened, you must write your remarks on the delivery sheet before signing/receiving from the rider.

Claims without video/photo proof or remarks on the delivery sheet may not be accepted.

  1. Return Process
    Contact our support team via Email/WhatsApp within 7 days with order details and reason for return.

Once approved, ship the product back to our provided address.

Refund/exchange will be processed after inspection.

  1. Refunds
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged/incorrect items).

If the return is due to change of mind or does not fall under Clause 3 (Damaged Parcels), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

  1. Exchanges
    Exchanges are possible if the product is in stock.

If not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
