  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • International shipping is currently not available.


Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (major cities).

  • Remote or other areas: 5–7 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders nationwide.

  • No hidden charges at checkout.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.


Packaging & Safety

All orders are securely packed to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please:

  • Add clear remarks on the delivery sheet at the time of receiving.

  • Immediately share photos or videos with our support team at contact@shopzilaa.com.


Non-Service Areas (NSA)

  • Some locations may fall under Non-Service Areas (NSA), which cannot always be identified before dispatch.

  • If your address is classified as NSA upon arrival, the courier will contact you for self-collection.

  • The courier will provide hub location and collection timings.


Failed Deliveries

  • After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be canceled.

  • Re-delivery, if requested, may require an additional shipping fee (if applicable).
