2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Shopzilaa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if inaccurate or fraudulent information is provided.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in PKR, unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • While we strive for accuracy, Shopzilaa does not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. In case of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel affected orders if necessary.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide shipping through reliable courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time (TAT): 2–4 working days, depending on location.

  • Shopzilaa is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened (for cosmetic/personal/wellness items), and in original condition with packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at contact@shopzilaa.com for authorization.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately.

  • You may be required to provide an unboxing video or photos for verification.

  • Shopzilaa does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, washing, or alterations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product images, descriptions, logos, designs, graphics, and text—is the property of Shopzilaa or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Shopzilaa’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
